General terms and conditions of sale

These terms apply to all orders placed with Ceranatura. The activity is based on the artisanal production of natural candles in small batches.

Purpose

Ceranatura designs and produces candles made from plant-based wax. Creations can be customised according to the client’s needs, within technical and artisanal limits.

Orders based on quotation

Every request leads to a detailed quotation specifying:

  • the description of the creations
  • the quantities
  • the price
  • the estimated timeframe
  • the payment terms
  • delivery, if applicable

Acceptance of the quotation constitutes a contract binding both parties.

Customisation

Natural variations in colour or appearance are normal in artisanal products and do not constitute a defect.
All customised creations — including fragrance, format, label or message — are produced only after the quotation has been approved.

Price and payment

Prices are indicated in euros. VAT is applied when required by law.
Payment terms appear in the quotation. Unless otherwise stated, a 50% deposit is required upon ordering and the remaining balance is due upon delivery.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article 103.c of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), the client has no right of withdrawal for customised creations made to their specifications.
For non-customised products, the legal withdrawal period is 14 days, unless the client explicitly requests production to begin before this period expires.

Timeframes and delivery

The timeframes provided are indicative and may vary depending on the volume or complexity of the project.
When delivery is handled by a courier, transport-related risks are transferred to the client once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, as specified in the quotation.

Liability

Ceranatura guarantees careful craftsmanship in accordance with the approved quotation. The company cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from:

  • improper use of the products
  • inadequate storage
  • delays caused by the courier or third parties
  • external circumstances beyond its control

Cancellation

A customised order cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing. Cancellation is only possible for non-customised creations and only before production starts.

The management of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disputes

In case of disagreement, the parties will first seek an amicable solution.
Failing this, the competent jurisdiction will be the courts of the province of Alicante, unless otherwise required by law.
